Abstract

|
Two cases of Kaposi´s sarcoma involving, in the finger and the palm were presented. Clinical symptoms, resigns, roentgenographic findings and pathologic findings led to the diagnosis.
Local excision biopsy of the soft tissue and bone was performed. As a gross finding, there were seen marked hypertrophy of the dermis, chocolate colored discoloration of the muscle fibers, and marked proliferation of the capilaries.
No radical treatment of the lesion was performed, because of no agreement.
